Research Focus & Practice
Dr. Talitha Pulvino is a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) and Certified Anticoagulation Provider (CACP) with expertise in internal medicine in the ambulatory setting. Her practice focuses on anticoagulation management using a collaborative practice agreement. She is currently pursuing research in the area of educational support within the pharmacy curriculum.
Practice & Clinical/Community Engagement:
Dr. Pulvino is on the Board of Directors for Prevention Point Philadelphia. She is interested in collaborations involving anticoagulation, health disparities, interprofessional education, and inclusive teaching
