Current degree program: dual degree PharmD/MBA
Projected graduation year: earning both in 2026
Where did you grow up? Wilmington, Delaware
Where did you complete your prerequisite courses? I earned my Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Delaware
Tell us about yourself: I love finding creative ways to make a difference in pharmacy and beyond. During my time at Temple, I’ve been deeply involved across campus, serving as President of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, Vice President and Acting President of Phi Delta Chi, a member and mentor with Phi Lambda Sigma, a Delegate for SNPhA, Treasurer for the Student Government Association, and a Prep Week Senior Leader for new student orientation. Outside of pharmacy, I run a press-on nail business and partner with a nonprofit initiative where I use my creativity to give back, donating part of the proceeds to creating care packages for children with terminal cancer. Whether it’s designing nails, mentoring students, or presenting at conferences, I’m passionate about connecting with people and making an impact. Temple has truly given me the space to grow as both a future pharmacist and a person.
Why did you choose TUSP over other pharmacy schools? I chose Temple because of the genuine connections I made with the faculty during my interview: everyone was welcoming, supportive, and truly invested in student growth. I also appreciated Temple’s strong emphasis on leadership and professional development, which has allowed me to take on meaningful roles and grow both personally and professionally. From day one, I knew this was a community that valued not just academic excellence, but also helping students become well-rounded future pharmacists
Did you work in a pharmacy before applying to/starting pharmacy school? No
What do you hope to do after graduation? I plan to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs, where I can apply both my clinical background and MBA training to advance medication safety and evidence-based healthcare.
What's your favorite thing about pharmacy school? My favorite thing about Temple School of Pharmacy is the strong connection among students. The students here genuinely invest in each other’s learning and growth, especially those in the years above me, who have always been eager to share advice, resources, and encouragement. That sense of support and mentorship has made such a difference in my experience and has deepened my passion for patient care and collaboration.
What's the hardest thing about pharmacy school and how do you deal with it? The hardest thing about pharmacy school is finding balance, between classes, leadership roles, work, and personal time. It can feel overwhelming at first, but I’ve learned to stay organized, ask for help when I need it, and lean on my classmates for support. Temple has such a collaborative environment that you never feel like you’re going through it alone, and that sense of teamwork makes even the toughest weeks manageable.
What do you like to do in your free time? I love trying new foods and restaurants around Philly. My goal this year is to try 100 new restaurants, and I’ve been ranking each one on the Beli app! It’s been such a fun way to explore the city and unwind after a busy week.
What are you currently reading/watching/listening to? I’ve been listening to a lot of true crime podcasts while I’m working, and I’ve been watching America’s Next Gen Chef.
What advice do you have for prospective students? Get involved early and take advantage of every opportunity Temple offers. Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone, whether that means joining an organization, attending a conference, or connecting with faculty. The more you put into your experience, the more you’ll grow personally and professionally. Pharmacy school can be challenging, but it’s also incredibly rewarding. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, seek mentorship, and take advantage of every opportunity Temple offers. The experiences, friendships, and growth you gain here will shape you both personally and professionally.
