Andy Cohen is well known as a dedicated staff member who ensures the smooth functioning of the school. Whether it’s opening and closing classrooms, setting up exams, or providing faculty assistance, he takes care of the often-overlooked tasks. He also supplies the Pharmacy Practice labs and coordinates teaching assistants’ lab activities.
Additionally, Andy plays a crucial role in the manufacturing of placebos in the cGMPs facility.
He joined the School of Pharmacy in 2006 as the pharmacy lab manager. Before that, he served as a lead analytical chemist at NexMed. He holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of Buffalo and studied chemistry at the Ohio State University.
His commitment is evident in his early mornings and late nights, never complaining and constantly bringing joy to the school. His humor and positive energy bring smiles to the faces of faculty, staff, and students and make him a true hero of the Temple University School of Pharmacy.
