the Richard J. Bryan Matching Gift Challenge Fund Matches Endowed Gifts to the School of Pharmacy Dollar-for-Dollar

Richard J. Bryan, BSPharm '70, has pledged a $500,000 donation to the Temple University School of Pharmacy. The pledge establishes the Richard J. Bryan Matching Gift Challenge Fund, which will allow additional donors to establish new endowed funds with a minimum gift of $25,000.

Without the match, a minimum gift of $50,000 is required to establish an endowed fund. The match can also be applied to donations of $25,000 or more to existing endowed funds at the School of Pharmacy.

Mr. Bryan and the leadership of the School of Pharmacy aim to encourage the creation of 20 new endowed funds within the next five years. To date, three new endowed funds have been created with the help of the Richard J. Bryan Matching Gift Challenge Fund.
