Pharmacy Practice Welcomes Tina Tran, PharmD to Teach Health Outcomes

Tina Tran, PharmD joined the Department of Pharmacy Practice faculty as an Assistant Professor of Health Outcomes, effective October 1, 2020.

Dr. Tran was previously on the Research Faculty at Purdue University College of Pharmacy for the Academic Model Providing Access to Healthcare (AMPATH) program.

Her research interests include health services and population health policy. She recently co-authored an op-ed piece, "The Unpaid Debt of Underinvestment in Public Health," which explores both social and "moral" determinants of health, using her experiences providing comprehensive primary care services in Kenya as an example.
