Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance M.S. Application Process
Apply to the Master of Science Degree in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance
Applications due: July 1 (Fall), Nov 1 (Spring), March 1 (Summer)

Attend the RAQA Open House either in person at Fort Washington, PA, or online. (For information on the online Open House, email: QARAREG@temple.edu).
Step 2: Apply and Submit Supporting Materials
Please submit a paper application and send it to the RAQA Office:

You will need the following information to complete the application form:
- Biographical data and work experience
- Dates the you attended all post-secondary institutions (including Temple University and the RAQA Graduate Program, if applicable)
- Activities and accomplishments
- Non-refundable application fee ($75 for hard copy payable by check)
You will also need to submit these supporting materials:
- Two letters of reference, sent directly to the RAQA Office, completed on the Reference Report for Graduate Studies or on official and original letterhead (with writer's contact information) of no more than two pages. Original copies are required. (Emailed or faxed letters are not accepted.)
- Statement of Professional Goals and Objectives
- A signed copy of your most recent resume or CV
- Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended. (This includes an official transcript from any semester you attended Temple University, including RAQA courses, if applicable). Even if you took just one course at a school, you must include an official transcript for that academic work.
International Students must review this link and also submit:
- TOEFL score or IELTS score for international applicants and non-native English speakers, who have not earned a U.S. academic degree
- A course-by-course evaluation of foreign transcripts through third-party provider World Education Services (WES) or Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) (see International Admission Requirements)
- International applicants should also consult with Temple's Office of International Students and Scholars (ISS) for additional information about visa requirements
You do not need to submit your application and supporting materials together, but your application and application fee should be submitted first before any other documents.
Materials must be received by:
- July 1 for Fall (September) admission
- Nov 1 for Spring (January) admission
- March 1 for Summer (May) admission

Step 3: Receive Reply
Within two weeks of submitting your application and all supporting materials, please contact Jean Westbrook (267.468.8559) to verify that your file is complete.
Once the Admissions Committee has received all of your materials, it takes a minimum of six to eight weeks before you will receive a final decision on whether you have been accepted.
